Light celery soup

Ingredients & Recipe

Chop celery. Slice onion into half-rings, grate carrot. Sauté onion and carrot in oil for 3 min without browning. Shred cabbage, add to boiling water with celery, cook 10 min. Blanch tomatoes, peel, slice, add with pepper. Cook 10 min, add carrot and onion, salt, bring to a boil.

Ingredients:
water – 3L, stalk celery – 200g, white cabbage – 500g, carrot – 1 pc, onion – 1 pc, bell pepper – 1 pc, tomatoes – 2 pcs, oil – 1 tbsp, salt – to taste
