Ingredients & Recipe

Mix flour, kefir, salt, and oil. Knead until elastic and let rest for 15 min. Finely chop the lard, fry it with onion, add flour, and fry until golden. Roll out the dough, cut circles, place filling, and seal. Boil in salted water for 3 min after they float.

Ingredients per serving:
flour – 65g, kefir – 50g, oil – 1 tsp, lard – 25g, onion – 30g, flour (for filling) – 1 tbsp, salt – to taste.
