In a week, you create a new plan, scheduling different meals, naming it something like "Meaty." Then another week goes by, and another, and so on. Over time, your Planner will have a set of several weeks planned with different meals.
You transition from micro-planning to MACRO-. With several weeks in place, you simply choose which one to follow this time. You no longer ask yourself, "What should I eat today or tomorrow?" Instead, the question becomes, "What will this week be like? Basic? Meaty? Fishy? Festive?"
