Bring tomato juice with water to a boil. Shred cabbage, thaw broccoli. Cube potatoes and carrot, chop garlic and onion. Add cabbage, potatoes and carrot, cook covered 15 min. Add broccoli, cook 5 min, then peas and beans, cook 5 min. Salt, pepper, add garlic, bring to a boil, sprinkle with onion.
