Tomato strawberry gazpacho

Score tomatoes, blanch, peel, chop. Hull strawberries. Slice pepper. Soak bread. Place 5 tomatoes in blender with bread, pepper and most of the strawberries, add tomato juice, salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, basil. Blend. Add ice and thyme, blend. Chill 1 hr. Pour, garnish with zest.

tomatoes – 6 pcs, red pepper – 1 pc, strawberries – 350g, tomato juice – 1 cup, balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp, olive oil – 2 tbsp, zest – ½, thyme – bunch, basil – bunch, white bread – 1 slice, sugar – to taste, ice – to taste, salt, pepper – to taste
