Tomato soup with rice noodles

Ingredients & Recipe
Chop carrot, onion and garlic. Tie basil stems with bay leaf and thyme. Fry onion and carrot in oil. Add bread crumb and herbs. Pour in wine, evaporate. Add tomatoes and water, cook 30 min. Cook noodles separately. Slice basil, add with garlic, let stand 5 min. Serve with noodles.

tomatoes in juice – 1kg, water – 1 cup, onion – 2 pcs, carrot – 1 pc, garlic – 3 cloves, basil – bunch, thyme – 3 sprigs, white wine – 150ml, rice noodles – 100g, bread – 1 slice, bay leaf – 1 pc, olive oil – 4 tbsp, salt, pepper – to taste
