Cube celery, onion and carrot, fry in oil 5 min. Shred cabbage, add with garlic, pour in ½ cup water, simmer 7 min. Roast peppers, slice. Blanch tomatoes, peel, slice. Pour in water, cook 10 min. Add tomatoes, garlic and pepper, let stand 5 min. Toast bread, rub with garlic. Serve with cilantro and croutons.
