Pumpkin soup with oranges

Ingredients & Recipe

Peel pumpkin, cube, cover with broth. Chop onion, garlic and ginger, slice chili. Add to pumpkin, cook 30 min. 5 min before end add dill and garlic. Juice orange, zest it. Pour in juice, add zest, salt. Slice celery, fry, add with pumpkin seeds before serving.

Ingredients:
pumpkin – 1kg, onion – 1 pc, chili – 1 pc, olive oil – 2 tbsp, orange – 1 pc, pumpkin seeds – to taste, ginger – 6cm, celery – ΒΌ, water or broth – 2L, garlic – 1 clove, dill – bunch, salt, pepper – to taste
