Pumpkin soup with oranges

Ingredients & Recipe
Peel pumpkin, cube, cover with broth. Chop onion, garlic and ginger, slice chili. Add to pumpkin, cook 30 min. 5 min before end add dill and garlic. Juice orange, zest it. Pour in juice, add zest, salt. Slice celery, fry, add with pumpkin seeds before serving.

pumpkin β 1kg, onion β 1 pc, chili β 1 pc, olive oil β 2 tbsp, orange β 1 pc, pumpkin seeds β to taste, ginger β 6cm, celery β ΒΌ, water or broth β 2L, garlic β 1 clove, dill β bunch, salt, pepper β to taste
