Slice onion into half-rings, chop carrot and garlic. Fry mushrooms in oil 10 min. Add onion, cook 6 min. Shred cabbage, add carrot, salt, knead. Fry 7 min. Add tomato puree, salt, pepper, sugar. Cook covered 15 min. Pour in boiling water, cook 5 min. Toast flour, add to soup. Add mushrooms and garlic, cook 2 min.
