Khichri soup

Ingredients & Recipe
Soak chickpeas overnight, drain. Refill with fresh water, bring to a boil, cook 5 min, drain. Repeat 2 times. Cook 30-40 min. Add soaked lentils and rice, top up water if needed, cook 15 min. Add curry, toasted and crushed sesame, mint, salt, pepper.
