Ingredients & Recipe

Shred cabbage, cube potatoes. Pour cold water over barley, bring to a boil, cook 15 min. Add cabbage and potatoes, cook 10 min. Grate carrot, chop onion and garlic. Fry onion and carrot in oil, add to soup, cook 5 min. Add nettle, salt, chili, garlic, bring to a boil, cover and let stand 10 min.

Ingredients:
water – 1.5L, cabbage – 150g, nettle – 50g, carrot – 1 pc, onion – 1 pc, garlic – 3 cloves, potatoes – 2 pcs, chili – ΒΌ pc, barley – 2 tbsp, oil – 1 tbsp, salt – to taste
