Celery and leek puree soup

Ingredients & Recipe

Peel celery root, cut into pieces. Place in a pot, cover with boiling water 2-3 cm above. Boil until done. Transfer to blender, puree. Add soy milk (adjust for desired thickness). Season with pepper, salt, mix. Heat without boiling. Serve garnished with sliced leek and herbs.
