Zucchini and feta salad

Ingredients & Recipe

Julienne peppers. Blanch tomatoes, peel, slice into wedges. Slice zucchini into thin rounds. Chop onion, quarter olives. Dressing: whisk mayo, tomato paste, mustard, salt, sugar, pepper. Pour over salad, add crumbled feta, mix, sprinkle with thyme and dill.

Ingredients:
zucchini – 500g, feta – 200g, tomatoes – 350g, olives – 10 pcs, green onion – 50g, green pepper – 150g, mayo – 5 tbsp, tomato paste – 2 tbsp, mustard – 2 tbsp, thyme – bunch, dill – bunch, salt, sugar, pepper – to taste
