Julienne or grate carrot and kohlrabi, rub with salt, sprinkle with vinegar, leave for 30 min. Add green peas, sliced celery, pepper, dress with oil. Mound on a plate, garnish with marinated asparagus.

carrot – 300g, kohlrabi – 400g, marinated asparagus – 100g, celery (stalk) – 100g, canned green peas – 200g, oil – 50ml, table vinegar – 15ml, salt – to taste, pepper – to taste
