Sprouted lentil salad

Ingredients & Recipe

Rinse lentils, cover with cold water. Drain water and leave lentils until sprouts appear (about 12 hrs). Julienne cucumbers, tear lettuce leaves into small pieces. Mix ingredients, add lentils, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir, refrigerate for 30 min.

lentils – ½ cup, leaf lettuce – 1 bunch, cucumbers – 4 pcs, lemon juice – 2 tbsp, salt – to taste, pepper – to taste
