Moroccan potato salad with olives

Boil potatoes in their skins, peel, halve large ones. Dressing: mix lemon zest and juice with salt, olive oil, paprika, cumin and hot pepper. Pour over warm potatoes. Slice onion into thin rings. Crush olives, remove pits. Add olives, parsley and onion, mix. Serve warm.
