Chickpea salad

Soak chickpeas for 10 hrs in water with baking soda and salt, rinse, cook for 40 min. Cube cucumber, slice onion into half-rings, julienne pepper, chop cilantro. Zest lemon, juice it. Mix juice with crushed garlic, oil and mint. Combine chickpeas, vegetables and cilantro, dress, salt, pepper, garnish with zest.

chickpeas – 150g, cucumber – 1 pc, bell pepper – 1 pc, garlic – 1 clove, lemon – ½, mint – 4 leaves, red onion – ½ pc, cilantro – bunch, oil – 3 tbsp, baking soda – pinch, salt – to taste, pepper – to taste
