Ingredients & Recipe

Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Filling: chop nuts, grate cheese, chop onion, mix, salt, pepper, add sour cream. On film lay overlapping lettuce leaves, top with filling, roll up. Chill 1.5 hrs, slice. Slice cucumbers into rounds, top each with a slice of roll, garnish with radish.

Ingredients:
lettuce leaves – 20 pcs, cucumbers – 4 pcs, radishes – 4 pcs, sour cream 30% – 50g, walnuts – 60g, hard cheese – 150g, green onion – 7 stalks, salt – to taste, pepper – to taste
