Soak dandelion leaves in cold water for 15 min. Sauce: mix pumpkin and olive oil, tarragon, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Finely chop onion and parsley, cube cucumbers. Rinse dandelion leaves, mix with cucumbers, onion, parsley, dress with sauce, leave for 5 min. Cut tomatoes into 8 pieces and garnish salad.
