Young cabbage casserole

Ingredients & Recipe

Shred cabbage, place in a baking dish. Cube tomato, add to cabbage, salt, sprinkle with spices. Mix starch with cream, pour over cabbage. Bake 20 min at 180°C, sprinkle with grated cheese, bake another 5-10 min. Garnish with basil. Serve hot or cold.

young cabbage – ½ head, tomato – 1 pc, cream – 1 cup, hard cheese – 50g, starch – 1 tbsp, basil – for garnish, salt, pepper, spices – to taste
