Boil cabbage leaves 10 min, drain. Boil spinach 2-3 min, squeeze out. Crush nuts, press garlic. Chop onion and cilantro. Mince spinach and cabbage, squeeze out, mix with remaining ingredients, add spices, salt, pepper. Form oval pieces 10 cm long, make an indentation, top with pomegranate seeds.
