Tofu with ginger and sesame

Ingredients & Recipe
Cube tofu. Chop garlic, mix with sauce, grated ginger and sesame oil. Pour over tofu, marinate 2 hrs. Heat oil, fry tofu 5 min. Add vegetables, fry 7 min on high heat. Pour in honey and marinade, salt, add coriander, fry 1 min. Serve with rice noodles, sprinkle with sesame.

tofu – 350g, vegetables – 700g, garlic – 1 clove, ginger – 5cm, soy sauce – 6 tbsp, sesame oil – 2 tbsp, oil – 2 tbsp, honey – 1 tbsp, rice noodles – to taste, sesame – 1 tbsp, salt, pepper, coriander – to taste
