Tempeh with rice

Ingredients & Recipe

Marinade: mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and melted honey, add chopped rosemary. Cube tempeh, place on a hot oiled pan, fry on high 5 min. Pour in some marinade, fry 5-7 min. Cook rice in salted water, place on a plate, top with tempeh, pour over remaining marinade.

tempeh – 400g, honey – 2 tbsp, sesame oil – 2 tbsp, soy sauce – 2 tbsp, rice vinegar – 1 tbsp, oil – 2 tbsp, rice – 200g, rosemary – bunch, salt – to taste
