Tagliatelle with grilled vegetables

Slice zucchini and eggplant into rounds, pepper into strips, onion into half-rings. Brush pan with oil, fry vegetables 3 min per side. Tomatoes – last. Place in a bowl, add garlic, salt. On a dry pan place onion, pour in water, juice and sugar. Caramelize. Add to vegetables. Cook tagliatelle, mix, sprinkle with nuts.

tagliatelle – 500g, eggplant – 1 pc, cherry tomatoes – 8 pcs, zucchini – 1 pc, pepper – 1 pc, red onion – 1 pc, garlic – 1 clove, pine nuts – 4 tbsp, sugar – 1 tbsp, lemon juice – 1 tsp, oil – 1 tbsp, salt – to taste
