Stir-fried green beans and leek

Rinse beans, trim ends. Remove pea pod fibers. Slice leek into rings, chop garlic. Pour 100 ml water into a pan, bring to a boil, add beans, cook 5 min, drain. Heat oil, fry beans 2 min. Add peas and leek, stir-fry 3 min, add garlic, stir-fry 2 min. Pour in sauce, salt. Sprinkle with oregano.
