Rice with peanuts and pesto

Pesto: blend basil, garlic and pine nuts, salt, drizzle in oil. Pour 300 ml boiling water over rice, cook on low until done. Coarsely chop peanuts, toast on a dry pan. Add to rice, mix, transfer to a plate. Pour over sauce.
