Rice with beans and pineapple

Ingredients & Recipe

Cook rice in salted water. Slice pineapple. Cut beans into 2 cm pieces, chop garlic, julienne carrot and cucumber, slice green onion. Heat oil, fry garlic. Add beans and carrot, fry 4 min. Add pineapple, rice and onion, salt, cook 2 min. Serve with cucumber.

Ingredients:
long-grain rice – 360g, canned pineapple – 4 rings, green beans – 150g, garlic – 3 cloves, carrot – 1 pc, cucumber – 1 pc, green onion – bunch, oil – 2 tbsp, salt – to taste
