Ratatouille with grapes

Ingredients & Recipe
Peel and cut vegetables into pieces. Wash grapes. Peel apple, quarter. Chop herbs. Place vegetables, grapes and apple in a baking dish, add herbs. Pour in oil and ½ cup water, salt, pepper. Cover, cook 20-30 min at 180-200°C, top up with boiling water if needed.

potato – 1 pc, apple – 1 pc, zucchini – 3 pcs, white grapes – 2 bunches, onion – 1 pc, celery – 1 stalk, pepper – 1 pc, tomato – 1 pc, parsley – sprig, tarragon – sprig, marjoram – sprig, olive oil – 4 tbsp, salt, pepper – to taste
