Ratatouille with grapes

Ingredients & Recipe
Peel and cut vegetables into pieces. Wash grapes. Peel apple, quarter. Chop herbs. Place vegetables, grapes and apple in a baking dish, add herbs. Pour in oil and Β½ cup water, salt, pepper. Cover, cook 20-30 min at 180-200Β°C, top up with boiling water if needed.
