Soak beans overnight. Rinse, cook 1.5-2 hrs. 7 min before done add bay and salt. Quarter onion. Wash cilantro, set aside 2-3 sprigs, chop the rest. Blend nuts, onion, garlic and cilantro until smooth. Salt, pepper, add pomegranate juice. Drain water, remove bay. Add the mass, mix. Garnish with cilantro.
