Ingredients & Recipe

Cook lentils in 0.5L water 15 min, drain. Shred carrot and leek. Chop garlic. Quarter shallots. Crush cumin and coriander. Chop herbs. Fry carrot in oil 5 min, add leek 3 min, shallots 3 min. Add honey, garlic and spices. Add lentils, salt. Sprinkle with herbs.

red lentils – 200g, carrot – 1 pc, shallots – 3 pcs, leek – 60g, garlic – 2 cloves, cumin – ½ tsp, coriander – ½ tsp, honey – 1 tsp, olive oil – 3 tbsp, cilantro – bunch, parsley – bunch, salt – to taste
