Ingredients & Recipe
Cook lentils in 0.5L water 15 min, drain. Shred carrot and leek. Chop garlic. Quarter shallots. Crush cumin and coriander. Chop herbs. Fry carrot in oil 5 min, add leek 3 min, shallots 3 min. Add honey, garlic and spices. Add lentils, salt. Sprinkle with herbs.

red lentils β 200g, carrot β 1 pc, shallots β 3 pcs, leek β 60g, garlic β 2 cloves, cumin β Β½ tsp, coriander β Β½ tsp, honey β 1 tsp, olive oil β 3 tbsp, cilantro β bunch, parsley β bunch, salt β to taste
