Lentil zrazy with tofu

Ingredients & Recipe

Soak lentils for 10 hrs. Fry onion in oil, add garlic and spices. Cook lentils into a puree, add flour, onion, herbs, salt, pepper. Slice tofu into strips. Form a patty from the mixture, place a strip of tofu, pinch the edges. Coat in breadcrumbs, fry on both sides until golden.

Ingredients:
red lentils – 1 cup, onion – 5 pcs, garlic – 3 cloves, herbs – bunch, tofu – 100g, flour – 1 tbsp, oil – for frying, breadcrumbs – to taste, khmeli-suneli, turmeric, salt, pepper – to taste
