Lentil cutlets with raisins

Score tomatoes, blanch, peel, chop. Slice onion. Rinse lentils, pour in 200 ml water, cook 10-15 min, add tomatoes and onion. Simmer covered 10 min. Add raisins, curry, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cook 10 min. Cool. Form 4 cutlets, dredge in flour. Heat oil, fry 5 min on each side.
