Cabbage rolls with mushrooms

Ingredients & Recipe
Separate cabbage into leaves, pour boiling water over for 10 min. Cook pearl barley for 25 min. Sauce: fry mushrooms in oil 7 min, add flour and 300 ml water, cook 10 min, add onion, thyme, salt. Cube vegetables and mushrooms, mix with barley, salt, add oil. Wrap in leaves, pour over sauce, cook 35 min at 180°C.

cabbage – 1 head, pearl barley – 2 tbsp, porcini – 5 pcs, button mushrooms – 15 pcs, celery – ½, carrot – 1 pc, onion – 1 pc, oil – 2 tbsp, flour – 1.5 tbsp, thyme – 1 sprig, salt, pepper – to taste
