Boil beetroot, carrot, and potato separately until done. Cool, peel, and dice. Add sauerkraut, chopped pickles, and beans. For the dressing, mix mustard, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Dress the salad and add coriander.

beetroot – 50g, carrot – 50g, potato – 80g, pickle – 30g, sauerkraut – 25g, canned beans – 40g, mustard – 0.5 tsp, olive oil – 1 tbsp, wine vinegar – 0.5 tsp, coriander – pinch, salt – to taste, pepper – to taste.
