Pre-boil mushrooms in salted water for 15 min, reserving the broth. Layer in a pot: lard, potato, carrot, diced onion, mushrooms. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Mix sour cream with flour and cold broth, and pour into the pot to fill 80%. Bake at 180°C for 40–80 min until the potato is done.

wild mushrooms – 100g, potato – 50g, carrot – 15g, onion – 25g, sour cream – 25g, flour – 5g, mushroom broth – 25ml, lard – 15g, salt – to taste, pepper – to taste.
