Whisk eggs with sugar, add half the milk and the flour, mix well. Pour in the remaining milk, add salt and oil, and whisk until smooth. Fry the crepes on both sides without oil. For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with sugar and raisins. Place the filling on the edge of a crepe, roll it into a tube, tucking in the sides. Optionally, bake at 170°C under foil for 30 min, brushing with butter. Serve with sour cream.
