Cabbage Rolls (Rice & Meat)

Ingredients & Recipe
Cook rice until half done. Sauté onion in oil. Chop the walnuts. Mix rice, ground pork, onion, walnuts, salt, and pepper. Remove cabbage leaves after boiling the head in salted water. Trim the tough stem and wrap the filling in each leaf. Layer the rolls with grated carrot. Pour over tomato paste mixed with water, add bay leaf and pepper. Simmer covered for 1.5 hrs. Serve with sour cream.
