Pasta with ground meat in tomato sauce

Ingredients & Recipe
Dice the onion and garlic, fry in oil for 2 min. Add ground meat, salt, pepper, Provencal herbs, fry for 10 min, breaking up lumps. Dilute tomato paste with boiling water, pour over the meat. Add pasta, stir, bring to a boil. Cover with a lid, cook for 15-20 min on low heat. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

hard cheese – 20g,
onion – 20g,
garlic – 0.5 clove,
tomato paste – 15g,
oil – 1 tbsp,
Provencal herbs – a pinch,
salt – to taste,
pepper – to taste,
boiling water – 160ml
