Ingredients & Recipe

Boil the potatoes with a bay leaf, add salt. Drain the water, add milk, butter and mash.

Slice the chicken fillet, tenderize it. Beat the egg, add salt and pepper. Put flour on a plate. Dip the slice in egg, coat in flour, fry in a pan with oil on low heat.

salt – to taste
