Fried potatoes

Peel and cut potatoes into sticks, pat dry. Heat oil on high heat, add potatoes, fry for 6 min without stirring. Stir, fry for another 6-7 min. Cut onion into quarter rings, add to potatoes, reduce heat to medium. Fry, stirring every minute, until onion is soft. Add salt, press in garlic, cook for 4 more min on low heat.
