Cook buckwheat until ready. Form ground chicken into cutlets, pan-fry on oil 5 min per side. Slice cucumber and mix with greens.

buckwheat – 80g, chicken mince – 120g, cucumber – 0.5, mixed greens – 30g, oil – 1 tbsp, salt – to taste, pepper – to taste
