Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Walnuts

Wash the cucumbers, tomatoes, and herbs. Peel the cucumbers and slice crosswise; cut the tomatoes into even pieces. Slice the onion into half rings and chop the herbs. Grind the walnuts in a meat grinder, then in a blender. Mix the vegetables and season with walnuts, salt, and vinegar. Add green pepper.
