Spinach with Walnuts

Ingredients & Recipe

Steam the spinach in boiling water, cool, and squeeze out excess water. Grind together with walnuts, garlic, and fresh cilantro. Season with utskho-suneli, dried cilantro, red pepper, salt, and optionally vinegar. Shape and garnish with pomegranate seeds and herbs.

Ingredients per serving: spinach leaves – 500g, walnuts – 125g, garlic – 0.25 head, fresh cilantro – 50g, utskho-suneli – 0.25 tsp, dried cilantro – 0.25 tsp, ground red pepper – pinch, pomegranate – 0.25 pc, vinegar – optional, salt – to taste
