Green Beans with Walnuts

Ingredients & Recipe

Trim the beans, steam in boiling water, cool, and chop. Grind the walnuts. Crush the garlic, slice the onion into rings, and cut the pepper into strips. Sauté the pepper, onion, and garlic in oil. Cool, add walnuts, vinegar, cilantro, pepper, and salt. Mix with the green beans.

Ingredients per serving: green beans – 250g, walnuts – 125g, garlic – 8g, onion – 60g, bell pepper – 125g, oil – 25ml, wine vinegar – 25ml, cilantro – 25g, black pepper – to taste, salt – to taste
