Cabbage Roll with Walnuts

Ingredients & Recipe
Steam the cabbage head in boiling water, gradually peeling off the softened leaves. Grind walnuts with garlic, season with utskho-suneli, red pepper, dried cilantro, salt, fresh cilantro, and vinegar. Spread the filling on the leaves, place julienned carrot on top, roll up, and slice. Garnish with pomegranate.
