Boiled Eggs with Walnuts

Ingredients & Recipe

Hard-boil the eggs, peel, cut in half, and remove the yolks. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix with ground walnuts, vinegar, and chopped cilantro. Add pomegranate seeds, black pepper, and salt. Shape into balls and place into the egg white halves in place of the yolks.

Ingredients per serving: eggs – 3 pcs, walnuts – 50g, wine vinegar – 10ml, cilantro – 10g, pomegranate seeds – 25g, black pepper – to taste, salt – to taste
