Bell Pepper with Walnuts

Wash the peppers and remove the seeds. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the peppers until soft and golden, then drain. Grind walnuts with garlic, season with utskho-suneli, red pepper, dried cilantro, salt, fresh cilantro, and vinegar. Stuff the peppers with the filling.
