Beets with Walnuts

Boil the beetroots over low heat. Steam the beet leaves in boiling water and squeeze out. Grind the leaves with the boiled beets, walnuts, garlic, and cilantro. Season with utskho-suneli, dried cilantro, red pepper, salt, and optionally vinegar. Garnish with pomegranate and parsley.
