Mix kefir, egg, sugar, salt, baking soda. Add flour to a thick pourable consistency. Fry in oil 2-3 min per side. Serve with sour cream or honey.

kefir – 100ml, egg – 0.5, flour – 75g, sugar – 0.5 tbsp, baking soda – pinch, salt – pinch, oil – 1 tbsp
