Ingredients & Recipe

Bake beetroot in oven 1.5 hr, cool, grate. Soak beans for an hour. Salt the ribs, bake with garlic, bay leaf and pepper 20 min at 180°. Sauté onion, carrot, eggplant 2-3 min, add beetroot, simmer 2 min, add tomato paste and sugar, 2 more min. Add potato and ribs to water, cook 5 min. Add beans and cabbage, cook 15 min. Add the sauté mix, cook 5-7 min. Salt, pepper, add garlic.

pork ribs – 75g, beetroot – 40g, potato – 60g, onion – 25g, carrot – 40g, eggplant – 40g, cabbage – 40g, beans – 25g, tomato paste – 1 tsp
